Chelsea Plumbing & Heating Co. is Gas Safe registered under number 952303. Every gas job is carried out and signed off by a Gas Safe engineer — you can verify us on the Gas Safe Register at any time. What guarantee do you offer on your work?All installations and repairs come with a 12-month workmanship guarantee covering parts and labour. New boiler installations also carry the manufacturer's warranty — typically 7 to 10 years depending on the model. How much do you charge?Our standard rate is £90 per hour, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Out-of-hours cover is £150 per hour. Fixed-price options are available for standard jobs and full installs so you know the number before we start. We are not currently VAT registered. Please note: if there's no free parking near your property, we'll ask you to cover the cost of a permit or meter — this is simply passed on at cost, with no markup. Most jobs in areas with free parking won't incur this at all. Which areas do you cover?We cover South East London and the Kent border — Eltham, Mottingham, New Eltham, Kidbrooke, Blackheath, Sidcup, Welling, Bexleyheath, Chislehurst, Bromley, Woolwich, Lee, Greenwich and Lewisham. Do you handle landlord gas safety certificates?Yes. We issue Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) for private landlords and letting agents, usually same-day where access allows.
