Ian Fisher spent many years on London tools before starting Chelsea Plumbing & Heating Co. That time was spent across every property type the city has — mansion blocks in Marylebone, garden flats in Clapham, Victorian conversions in Islington, ex-council in Hackney, and modern build in Nine Elms and Vauxhall. Different flues, different pressures, different freeholder politics — the same underlying disciplines: Gas Safe compliance, correct sizing, and clean work.
We help three groups of customers. Homeowners who want a boiler installed, replaced, serviced or repaired properly — no upsell, no "while I'm here" invoicing. Landlords and letting agents who need reliable Landlord CP12 gas safety certificates on time, every year, across single lets or full portfolios. And, case-by-case, small commercial premises — cafés, salons, offices — where the boiler must stay running and the paperwork must be right.
We specialise in the heating and hot-water side of the trade: boiler installation, boiler repair, annual servicing, Landlord CP12, powerflushing, unvented cylinder work (G3), full central heating design, radiators, plus the plumbing and bathroom work that goes with it. If your job is outside that scope, we'll tell you honestly and point you towards someone who does it well.
