We only collect what we need to respond to your enquiry and carry out any work you book:

• Your name, phone number, email address and postcode when you submit an enquiry form, phone us or email us.
• Details of the job you're enquiring about (property type, symptoms, service required).
• If we quote or complete work: the site address, appliance details (make, model, serial numbers) and photographs of the work as required for warranty, Gas Safe records and any Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) we issue.
• Payment information you send when settling an invoice (we do not store card numbers).

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange visits and quote work.
• To carry out and invoice work you've booked.
• To issue Gas Safe certificates and Landlord CP12 records where applicable.
• To honour the 12-month workmanship guarantee and any manufacturer warranty registration.
• To keep accurate business records as required by UK law (including tax records).

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third-party marketing.

We rely on contract and legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and carry out work, and on legal obligation to keep Gas Safe, CP12 and business records for the required periods.

Enquiries that don't lead to work are typically retained for up to 12 months. Records of work carried out — including gas safety and CP12 records — are retained for at least 6 years to meet legal, warranty and guarantee obligations.

Your information may be shared with:

• Manufacturers (e.g. for warranty registration on a new boiler you've had installed).
• Gas Safe Register, where notification is required.
• Your letting agent or landlord, where they have engaged us on your property.
• Our accountant and — where required — HMRC.
• Website hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf.
